Information we collect
When you create a LINKR account we collect your name, email, and the profile details you choose to publish (such as headline, bio, links, and photo). When visitors interact with your public profile or tap your card, we record basic activity like profile views, link clicks, and card taps so you can see engagement in your dashboard.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your LINKR profile, capture and show the leads you receive, process payments through Stripe, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Contacts and leads
When someone shares their contact details through your profile (for example, Exchange Contact), that information is stored so you can follow up. You are responsible for handling those contacts in line with applicable law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. LINKR does not store full card numbers. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Data requests
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@getlinkr.co. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
